What we collect

Account info (name, email, phone), property and search preferences, saved searches and favorites, lead form submissions, message content with our AI concierge, device and usage analytics, and cookies as described below.

Why we collect it

To deliver listings, valuations, market reports, neighborhood guides, and personalized concierge replies; to send you communications you opted into; to operate, secure, and improve the service; and to comply with legal obligations.

Third parties

• Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — database, authentication, file storage.
• OpenAI — AI concierge replies. Your messages are processed to generate responses.
• Resend — transactional and opt-in marketing email.
• Twilio — SMS notifications when you provide explicit consent.
• Stripe — payment processing for paid services.
• Analytics — only after you opt in via the cookie banner.

Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion request. Lead and consent records are retained for 7 years for compliance. Anonymous analytics may be retained longer in aggregate.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your account dashboard, or by contacting us. You may also opt out of marketing email or SMS at any time using the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP to any text.
