The information and tools we provide — including listings, valuations, neighborhood data, and AI concierge replies — are for general informational purposes and do not constitute legal, tax, financial, or appraisal advice. Listing data is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Always verify with a licensed professional before making a real estate decision.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Content & intellectual property

All site content, brand marks, and software are owned by Texidor or its licensors. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute listing data, market reports, or editorial content without written permission.

Fair Housing

We comply with the Fair Housing Act and related state laws. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected class.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Texidor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
